Shipping Policy

All shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or Fedex. Once your order is shipped, a shipping label will be sent via email or text message (customer decides at checkout). Once your shipping label is printed, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Orders will be delivered based upon the shipping rate chosen at checkout. If your tracking number has not updated, please be aware that the carrier has your package and you would need to contact them for any updates. Dope Azz Hair Vibez will not be able to update you on your tracking once it leaves the facility.

Dope Azz Hair Vibez is not responsible for damaged goods upon arrival due to the carrier. Please contact your local post office (USPS), UPS or Fedex for a refund or compensation for damaged goods. If you received the incorrect item(s), please email to handle the personal matter. Shipping issues, refunds and all matters will ONLY be handled through our email. Refunds will only be given upon the business's ( dopeazzhairvibez) discretion.
